What if I missed out on ordering a product I really wanted?
We're so sorry you missed out, but fear not, most of our glosses will be restocked if there is adequate demand for it! However, if a gloss is not selling well, it will be retired from the shop to make room for more styles! All limited edition glosses though will most likely NOT be restocked.
My favorite group dropped a new comeback! Why didn't you make it in to a gloss yet?
We are always trying to keep up to date with the newest comebacks, groups, and trends. Unfortunately, there is only two of us working, so we can not always get to everything new right away. However, this does not mean we won't create a gloss based off of what is new at the moment! Please be patient with us as we do our best to create new and exciting products for you!

What are preorders?
Preorder items typically are items that limited edition products and take longer to create. Preorders come with extended processing times and they will always be listed in the description of the item. When purchasing a preorder item, you are accepting that there will be a wait (short or long depending on the item) until you receive our product.
What if I added a preorder item to my order along with in stock items?
If a preorder item is added to an order that also includes in stocks, the order will NOT be shipped out until the estimated preorder shipping date. If you would like your in stock items sooner, we recommend doing separate orders.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. This is due to sanitary reasons. Please make sure you order the right items before submitting your orders. We are not responsible if an item is lost or damaged during transit. Please contact USPS for any lost items.
Can I use a coupon after I already ordered?
All sales and coupons must be applied during checkout. Unfortunately, we do not allow coupon add ons to orders already made.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, we can not alter orders after they have been placed. However, please contact us and we will try our best to sort it out.
