Please allow 1-3 day processing time. After an order processes, you can expect most orders to be shipped out within 1-3 days after processing. All inventory is made by hand.

Any preorder items will have extended processing times listed in the description. Typically, preorder items will have a 1-2 week processing time.

Delays may occur during promotional campaigns and holidays. When an order is shipped out, you will receive an email notifying you.

Once an item leaves our facilities, we are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please contact and file a claim with USPS. We do NOT handle shipping claims.
